Purchases must be paid for in cash only. All purchased items are sold as-is, where-is, and must be removed at time of sale. Sale is subject to cancellation in the event of settlement between owner and obligated party. Call ahead to make sure the sale is still scheduled. Contraband or items subject to regulation or registration will not be transferred with the liened unit unless otherwise noted.
